H4 wired gaming headset is compatible with gaming devices with 3.5mm interface, such as PS4/PS5/PC/Xbox One/Nintendo Swicth, etc. Devices with other interfaces need to be connected via an additional adapter before use.

How to connect with gaming teams?

For PS4/PS5: Please make sure the game device interface is 3.5mm, after connecting the headset to the PS4/PS5 audio interface, select “Output to Audio” in the settings and turn off “Automatically switch output device”.
For Xbox One: Only compatible with Xbox One S series gaming equipment, other than 3.5mm Xbox One interface requires an additional adapter to be compatible.
For PC/Laptop: When used on a computer, you need to insert a 3.5mm Y splitter into the audio cable and then insert it into the corresponding socket for use.
For mobile phone/tablet: Please make sure the game device interface is 3.5mm, plug and play.
