- Cannot read BLU-RAY, 3D, 4K, 2K DVD, and cannot play game discs larger than 8.5 GB.
- Please connect directly to the USB port of your computer. If you connect it to the USB hub or extension cable, it may not recognize the driver or read the CD/DVD.
- For the desktops, Please connect the device to the back USB port of the motherboard for normal use.
- If your device system is Windows 10 or later, please install VLC media player to play DVDs and CDs.
