so i’m not sure if this review will be accepted or not but i will do what satisfies my conscience and tell you my honest experience of this headset and maybe save you some money and hassle
and just to be clear i’m not a noobie by any means i tried everything possible since i got it to find solutions but it’s not something i can workout you can’t fix a bad hardware
i will start with the pros :
the build quality is solid and one of the reasons i bought it in the first place to last the longest time possible
the cons:
if you are a pro gamer i would say even casual gamer this ain’t it, the sound of the directions and footsteps is so bad and unrecognizable you will feel lost most of the time your right and left will be fine but other than that it’s impossible to tell who’s where
second con is the mic at 100% you will sound like you are whispering which’s so weird and shouldn’t happen you have to boost the gain to 20% to be heard which increases the noise with it to an unacceptable point
also the headset only offer bass the bass is so overwhelming and takes over anything else everything will sound bassy
but i will tell you what the other options in this price range isn’t good either, performance wise better yes but quality wise you will face lots of problems with cable and such
so either you raise your budget a little and get something good or stay with your cheapo headset you using or even earphones
so the verdict is if you just listening to music or watching stuff or playing games not based on footsteps get it it will last you a long time
if i can return this headset i would do in a heart beat i feel so bad and honestly don’t know what i will do with it
