Attention/Tips:

1.The Enclosure only supports the thickness of 7mm/9.5mm 2.5 Inch SATA HDD/SSD.

2.Activate UASP,make sure the device, OS and controller have the UASP function enabled.

3.Always safely remove your disc before unplugging this product.

4.Win XP 32bit does NOT support 2TB above.

5.More than 3 feet of cable can reduce data transfer speed please kindly keep the cable length within 3 feet to keep a good performance of the enclosure.

6.In order to pursue the ultimate slim and extreme product experience, we made the plastic inside the hard drive the most suitable thickness(a little soft). After installed, the aluminum alloy case is enough to protect the hard drive and maximize heat dissipation.

7.We have improved the connection problem of the USB C port, it can be fully inserted well as the same as the photos listed on our product page.
