Warm Tips:

Please use a sponge when mounting a thin (7mm etc.) HDD / SSD;
A 12.5mm hard drive with SSD is not recommended for this product;
If using a new hard drive, it’s better to partition and format the hard drive first;
To use UASP, ensure the device, OS or controller have the UASP function enabled;
Make sure the disk is out of running before cutting off the power or unpluging the cable;
The actual transfer speed depends on the operating environment, PC conditions and hard drive.
When use finished, eject the drives then unplug the cable. Do not unplug the cable halfway to avoid data loss.
